Solutions Advisor-Remote

Prepare agendas for every customer call, conduct strong customer meetings and identify opportunities from every sales call.
Engage internal resources and support personnel to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Leverage the broader sales resource eco-system to drive high impact opportunities.
Work with urgency through all aspects of the sales cycle through closing.
Maintain updated sales stages and accurate notes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Create and maintain account plans as required.
Provide monthly client activity reports to all account stakeholders. Forecast and commit monthly sales volume accurately. Utilize reports to align contract objectives with deliverables.
Attend assigned meetings and in all company training requirements.
Clear, concise, documented communications both internally and externally.
Be considered “Trusted-Advisor” to our clients on a daily basis.

Sales Support Analyst

The Sales Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing account data, developing merchandising plans, and developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for their assigned accounts. This individual will assist with the annual sales budget, report on new business trends, and assist in presenting these findings to cross-functional teams, management, and customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Analysis and Reporting

Performs account level analysis for assigned accounts.
Identifies account needs, trends, opportunities, and problems (i.e., GMROI, in stock, sell through %, ideal product assortments, new item performance) and provides actionable feedback based on results of analysis.
Prepares analysis summaries for accounts.
Contributes to the design and implementation of analytical reports.
Reviews, analyzes, and communicates competitive data trends.
Participates in the analysis and presentation of findings for internal sales review meetings.
Conducts post promotional event analysis on systematic basis, planogram development, and monitoring of progress against established business plans.
Participates in the development of pricing/merchandising strategies at the account level.
Assists with space planning recommendations.
Sales Support

Maximizes sales opportunities through in-depth account analysis.
Assists with internal account related projects.
Develops presentation-ready analyses for account sales calls.
Anticipates account manager needs to provide needed support with minimal direction.
Forecasting & Budgeting

Develops and maintains an accurate sales forecast for assigned territory throughout product lifecycle.
Analyzes and reports on achieving sales forecast MTD, YTD, & yearend.
Evaluates historical sales, seasonality, events/promotions, pricing, and incorporates any demand or inventory changing events/activities into plan.
Builds relationships with and collaborates with customers’ planning teams and participates in recurring calls.
Supports the sales budget plan for assigned territory working with account managers and commercial team including the development of the plan and the performance against plan.
Tracks remaining inventory and runout of discontinued items.

Account Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting our real estate customers' needs, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction with our managed WiFi services.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients to understand their WiFi service requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of managed WiFi services.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance, usage trends, and upcoming features.
Monitor client accounts to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
Other duties as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Some travel required for on-site client meetings, events and property launches.

Telecom Expense Analyst

The Telecom Expense Analyst tasks include but not limited to the following: provide client-facing support to an assigned base; provide Telecom invoice and inventory management, contract and vendor management; and reporting and business intelligence to our enterprise customers; chartered with delivering consultative cost reduction, cost avoidance, savings and ROI and therefore ensuring recurring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience as an Invoice Analyst, Telecom Expense Management Analyst, Financial Analyst or within a corporate Accounting function or service provider.
